If you choose to use insurance, we will verify your benefits prior to your first session so you will know how much you will owe. Most people only owe a small copay ($20-40) and some people owe $0 after their deductible is met.
I encourage clients to check with their individual plan to know for sure!

Paying privately for therapy means you have full control over your care—no insurance restrictions, approvals, or surprise bills. What we talk about stays between us, not in your health records. You can start or stop anytime, meet as often as you’d like, and know exactly what each session costs.

It’s an investment in yourself—your growth, your peace, and the freedom to focus on what really matters.

45 Minute Session: $100

If I’m not in-network with your insurance, I can provide a superbill—a statement you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement or to apply toward your out-of-network costs.

You can use an HSA (Health Savings Account) card towards copays or for Private Pay sessions.
